1. THE EXAMINATIONS WILL BE BOTH PHYSICAL AND ONLINE
2. FOREIGN BASED CANDIDATES WILL TAKE ONLINE EXAMINATIONS.
3. THE PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS WILL ONLY BE CONDUCTED IN LUSALKA. FULL TIME STUDENTS WILL WRITE PHYSICAL EXAMS
ONLY.
4. ODL STUDENTS WHO WILL OPT TO TAKE PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS SHOULD MAKE THEIR OWN TRAVEL AND
ACCOMMODATION ARRANGEMENTS.
5. ONLY REGISTERED CANDIDATES WILL BE PERMITTED TO WRITE THE EXAMINATIONS – ALL ARE REQUIRED TO PRESENT THE
EXAMINATION DOCKET TO THE CHIEF INVIGILATOR.
6. GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE EXAMINATIONS
Follow these steps:
i. Make sure you have windows 10 Operating System or windows 11, at least 4 GB Ram on your computer/ Laptop
ii. Download safe exam browser on your computers (Not on your Phones). https://safeexambrowser.org/download_en.html
iii. Install safe exam browser on your computer, please make sure your computer has an active internet connection for easy
installation.
iv. Enroll yourself in the following course via this link: https://elearning.zaou.ac.zm/course/view.php?id=2055

v. Open the course (Tested Exam) you just enrolled into.
vi. Click where it is showing Final Exam Test.
vii. Click where it’s showing launch safe exam browser then wait for it to launch.
viii. Login once again then attempt the quiz.
ix. Note: the test exam is just 10 minutes, for you to prepare your environment for the upcoming exams.
