1. It is important to develop an assessment activity or task (e.g., a research project, a poster, a

principles and objectives set out by their employer. They are also confronted with various
professional challenges. Write an essay of not less than two pages outlining these challenges
and present solutions that teachers can implement to address them. Cite examples from your
teaching practice experience. [25]

3. Effective classroom management is crucial for creating a positive and inclusive learning
environment. Reflect on your understanding of classroom management strategies and how
you plan to apply them in your future teaching career based on the scenario below.

“You have just entered a classroom and are about to start your lesson. One learner in the
classroom refuses to take instructions from you. Write an essay of 500 to 600 words (1 to 1 and
