GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING VIDEO OR

AUDIO SPEAKING RECORDING ASSIGNMENTS

1. Length of Speaking Recording

Please ensure your recording meets the required duration based on your level:

Level B1+: 1-2 minutes

Make sure your recording is clear, with minimal background noise. Speak at a steady
pace and ensure your voice is audible. You are free to choose whether you want to
record a video or audio.

2. How to Upload Your Recording to Google Drive

Upload the audio recording to Google Drive link on your Class’ Whatsapp group
description.

a. Record Your Assignment:


 You can use any device to record, such as your phone, tablet, or computer.
 Ensure the format is compatible with Google Drive (recommended formats:
MP4 for video or MP3 for audio).
b. Upload the File:
 Upload your file to the dedicated google drive (google drive link), click the “+
New” button on the left-hand side.
 Select “File upload” from the dropdown menu.
 Choose your recording file from your device to upload.

3. How to Rename Your File

To help organize assignments, please rename your file using the following format:

[Level]_[Trainer’s Name]_[Class]_[Your Name]

 Level: Indicate your CEFR level (B1+).


 Trainer’s Name: Use the name of your trainer (Selestin).
 Class: Indicate your class (Class 393 or 388).
 Your Name: Write your full name.

Example:

If your name is Eka Suliastini and you are in B1+ level, your trainer is Selestin, and your
class is 393_B1P_WITA-WIT, you should rename your file like this:

B1+_Selestin_393_Eka Sulistini

4. Confirmation

Please send a confirmation to your trainer using WA group.
