‭ enior Manager (Simsiman)‬‭: Here’s the finalized list. These employees are to be notified by‬

‭the end of the week. No delays. No discussions.‬
‭HR Manager (Roxas)‬‭: (eyebrows furrowed) Yes, Ma’am. I’ll begin preparations.‬
‭ R Manager:‬‭(whispers to assistant) Wait a second. These people filed ethics complaints last‬

‭quarter.‬
‭Senior Manager (Simsiman)‬‭: They’re part of the restructure, Ms. Roxas. That’s all you need to‬
‭know.‬
‭HR Assistant (Delantar):‬‭(Whisper to roxas) They're targeting the whistleblowers. Everyone on‬
‭that list raised red flags about the finance department.‬
‭Senior Manager (Simsiman)‬‭: You may leave, I’m expecting them to leave next week.‬

‭HR Assistant (Delantar):‬‭If we object, they’ll come after us too. You know that and if we stay‬
‭quiet, we become part of it.‬
‭HR Manager (Roxas)‬‭: (sighs) I’m afraid of becoming the kind of person who fires people for‬
‭telling the truth.‬

‭news for the both of you, nagbigay ng listahan ang Senior Manager natin at isa kayo sa mga‬
‭tatanggaling empleyado.‬
‭Employee 1 (Gonzales)‬‭: (kinakabahan) Hindi na nakakagulat na gagawin niya samin ‘yan, dahil‬
‭ba nag report kami ng mga anumalyang ginagawa nila sa loob ng kompanya? Kaya ngayon gusto‬
‭nya kami tanggalin‬
‭HR Manager (Roxas)‬‭: Mainit ang mata ni Ms. Paulyne sa inyo dahil sa ginawa nyong pag‬
‭report. Sa ngayon, hindi ko pa alam kung anong gagawin ko dahil baka ako na ang susunod na‬
‭mawalan ng trabaho kung tututol ako sa gusto nya‬
‭HR Assistant (Delantar):‬‭Nasa sa’yo ang desisyon Ms. Tina. Kung hahayaan natin na mangyari‬
‭‘to hindi mawawala ang mga anumalyang ginagawa nila sa kompanya. Susunod ba tayo sa gusto‬
‭nilang mangyari o protektahan ang integridad ng kumpanya natin?‬
‭ mployee 1 (Oblepias)‬‭: (Nagtataka) Ma’am, alam mong mali ang desisyon nya, papayag ka ba‬

‭Employee 1 (Oblepias)‬‭: (Pleading) Alam po naming trabaho mo ang sumunod. Pero tao ka rin.‬
‭Kung wala kang gagawin, sino pa ang lalaban para sa katotohanan at kaayusan ng kumpanyang‬
‭ito?‬

‭Roxas:‬‭It's so hot. I'm so stress, bakit naman kase ako ang naiipit? I need to chill a little.‬
‭(Maghahanap sya kunwari ng mga drink sa bag)‬
‭Roxas:‬‭What is this? They have a new flavor? I've never try this before. (Bubuksan nya yung‬
‭bottle) (With super amazed facial expression)‬

‭Tas makukuha sound ng pag open ng bottle yung attention ng other characters sa room.‬

I‭ inomin nya yun (yung parang sa commercial talaga) tas may minifan na itatapat ng other‬
‭character sa face para may hangin.‬

‭After nya uminom, sasarado nya yung bottle.‬

‭ ther Character (sabay sabay):‬‭WITH GLASSES - Refresh na?‬

‭Roxas (Nakasmile)‬‭: Refresh na!‬

‭Senior Manager (Simsiman)‬‭: It’s a management decision. Part of the restructuring. Nothing‬
‭personal.‬
‭HR Assistant (Delantar):‬‭This is retaliation Ms. Pau and we all know that this is illegal! What‬
‭made you decide knowing that it will put the company on risk?‬
‭HR Manager (Roxas):‬‭I won’t be part of silencing the truth. If you go through with this, I’ll‬
‭report it to the Ethical Committee. I have proof.‬
‭Senior Manager (Simsiman)‬‭: You both risking your job. You’re HR, not legal. Just do your‬
‭job.‬
‭HR Manager (Roxas):‬‭Better that than risking my integrity. I’m filing a formal objection and‬
‭documenting everything. My job is to protect the company and its employees. (Walkout)‬

‭They’ve paused the layoffs.‬
‭HR Assistant (Delantar):‬‭We cannot do it to anyone who cares about the integrity and‬
‭development of the company. We will assure you that this won’t happen again and we will stand on‬
‭what is right and just.‬
‭Employee 1 (Gonzales)‬‭: You took a big risk. Thank you.‬
‭Employee 1 (Oblepias)‬‭: You proved not all managers stay silent.‬
‭HR Manager (Roxas):‬‭Sometimes protecting the company means standing up to it.‬
