to illness of parents and spouse working in Madhya Pradesh State Government and posted in Indore
on mutual basis reg.

Respected Sir
I, currently posted at PRU,RMRE Camp-Pandikimal, Odisha. My father have gone
through major accident in 2007 while working inside well an GI Elbow of reciprocating water pump
suction line have been slipped and hit his head and caused serious injuries at head and other body
parts and since then he is suffering from multiple diseases. My mother is suffering from orthopedic
disease and she is consistently going through joint pains and taking medicines on regular basis. Both
of the my parents are living over regular medicines from the last 10 years. My grandmother is 98 year
old and to take care of her, both of my parents reside at my home town village in Rewa (M.P). My
parents and grandmother need frequent medical attention and personal care. Many times, these
needs become urgent and I have to rush to my home town to look after them. I have tried my best
to bring my parents and my grandmother to Bhopal and make their life as pleasant as possible.
Unfortunately, they are unable to cut off the emotional connect with the place where they have spent
their whole life. This has put me in a very difficult situation. My wife Poornima Pathak (liwari) is
working in Department of Commercial Tax, Government of Madhya Pradesh and she is posted at
Commissioner Commercial Tax (HQ), Indore. She have her posting place in a few major cities of
Madhya Pradesh and does not have her posting opportunities out of Madhya Pradesh because of
Sti(e government job. Both mother & father of my wife passed away at early age of her, she doesn't
~ ay~rother and her younger sister is studying at Sagar (M.P.). My wife is residing alone in Indore
' ~Edhya Pradesh). I need to travel Rewa & Indore frequently to take care of my parents & wife

itfler Rewa or Indore. I have to travel quite frequently to my home town- Rewa and Indore, many a
\ W'elimes this is unplanned and sudden and due to this I am facing multiple challenges in making balance
between my work and personal life. Staying away from_my parents and wife when they need me the
most shakes my consciousness and makes me uncomfortable. Obviously, this cannot be sustained
due to the distance, availability of leaves and my professional commitments in AMD that I value a lot.
The very fact, that I am not able to be with my parents & wife when they need me the most, hurts
me emotionally and exerts an immense pressure on me.
Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRCAT), an R&D center of
Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India is situated in Indore. Recently, I came to know
that Ms. Shivangi Verma • Scientific Assistant 'C' (Physics), C.C.No.2408, Laser Biomedical

 Indore is interested to take mutual transfer with rrte and she is willing to come AMD
Eastern Region. lamshedpur. Atomic Minerals Directorate For Exploration and Research
.due to her personal reason . I visited RRCAT Indore· to discuss with her and she expressed her
. willingness to get transfer mutually with me if she will be given opportunities of posting at AMD
Eastern Region, Jamshedpur and she provided me her willingness and self- undertaking for mutual
transfer. Her consent letter mentioning her willingness and self undertaking and bio data are attached
herewith for your kind reference & perusal. ·
I would be immensely grateful for your kindness, please consider my situation and permit processing
of my application for transfer to . RRCAT, Indore and send Ms. Shivangi Verma, SA/C (Physics) at
AMD, ER, Jamshedpur.
