Learning Competencies:
1. identify simple 2-dimensional shapes (triangle, rectangle, square) of different size and
in different orientation.
2. compare and distinguish 2-dimensional shapes according to features such as sides and
corners.
3. compose and decompose triangles, squares, and rectangles.

Learning Objectives:

At the end of the session, the students should be able to:

1. Identify and name basic two-dimensional shapes such as circle, square, triangle, and
rectangle.
2. Show appreciation and enjoyment in creating shape-based figures by
participating actively and respecting others' output.
3. Create a simple figure (e.g., house, robot, or flower) by combining cut-out
shapes. .

Reminder: Observe consistency in your language use.

NOTE:

1. Content Standards, Performance Standards, and Learning Competencies


should be taken from the Curriculum Guide of your field of discipline. You may
ask for a copy of the Curriculum Guide from any teachers handling the subject or
you may also download it from the internet (deped.gov.ph).
2. You should be the one to formulate your own learning objectives, which cover
the 3 learning domains – Cognitive, Affective, and Psychomotor.
3. This output should be typed on an A4 bond paper.
4. Submit your output (in soft copy) next Tuesday, April 29, 2025.
