Scenario:
You are part of a mid-sized software company tasked with developing a cloud-based collaborative note-taking
app. The client is a startup with limited technical knowledge but frequent changes in their requirements. Your
team consists of six developers, a project manager, a UX designer, and a QA analyst. You must choose and apply
an appropriate object-oriented lifecycle model for the project and ensure QA and documentation practices are
integrated throughout.

Task:
Based on the scenario, select the most suitable object-oriented lifecycle model (Extreme Programming, Fountain
Model, or Rational Unified Process). Justify your selection with reference to the following factors:

 Client involvement and requirement volatility


 Team size and structure
 Need for incremental delivery and risk mitigation
 Emphasis on design and documentation
