Job Profile
We are looking for a Data Analyst (Fresher) to support our digital marketing, lead generation,
and data management efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset,
attention to detail, and a passion for working with data to drive business insights.

Skill Requirement

 Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and data handling.


 Understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, email
marketing is a plus).
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
 Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Educational Qualification

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.


 Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

 Digital Marketing Support: Assist in analyzing digital marketing campaigns,


tracking performance metrics, and generating reports.
 Lead Generation: Research and collect data on potential leads, maintain
databases, and support outreach campaigns.
 Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in CRM
and Excel sheets.
 Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports on marketing performance, lead
conversion, and other business metrics.
 Market Research: Analyse trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities
to support business decisions.
