1. Create Department
As an admin I want to create a department so that I can assign the chairman and
the staff of the department to function.

2. Create Teacher Profile (sub-feature)


As an admin I want to create a teacher profile so that I can select chairman from
them.

3. Manage Chairman
As an admin I want to assign a chairman so that I can manage the chairman.

4. Manage Exam Committee


As a chairman of a department, I want to create an exam committee so that I can
assign teachers as exam committee chairman and members.

5. Generate notice for questioner and examiners


As an exam committee chairman, I want to generate a notice so that I can inform
the exam controller office about the questioner and examiners.

6. Generate list of questioner and examiners


As an exam committee chairman, I want to generate the list of questioners and
examiners so that I can send them to the exam controller office.

7. Generate invitation to notify an external examiner for question moderation

As an exam committee chairman, I want to generate a notice to invite an external
examiner so that he can take part in question moderation.

8. Generate moderation report


As an exam committee chairman, I want to generate a moderation report so that I
can observe the attendees on the question moderation event.

9. Create exam routine (theory)


As an exam committee chairman, I want to create an examination schedule
(theory) so that I can notify all the students and the teachers about the upcoming

As an exam committee chairman,I want to generate a notice for Third Examiner
so that he can verify the obtained marks of the students whose obtained marks is
difference for internal examiners

16. Generate final report


As an exam committee chairman,I want to generate a final report so that I can
have the information of all the events of exam related tasks.

17. Print bills


As an exam committee chairman,I want to print bills so that I can have the
information about the rate of Remuneration for exam work.
