Dear Sir Azis,

I am writing to express my interest in proposing a talent show for our school, [School Name]. I believe
that a talent show would be a great way for students to showcase their talents, build confidence, and
have fun. It would also be a great opportunity for our school community to come together and celebrate
the diversity of our student body.

I am proposing a talent show that will be open to all students at Philippine Engineering and Agro-
Industrial College, INC. Students will be able to perform in a variety of categories, including singing,
dancing, playing an instrument, telling jokes, performing magic tricks, and more. The talent show will be
held in the school premises on October 10, 2023

I believe that a talent show would be a great way to promote student creativity and self-expression. It
would also be a great way to build school spirit and morale. A talent show would be a fun and exciting
event for the whole school community to enjoy.

I have attached a detailed proposal that outlines my plans for the talent show. I am available to meet
with you to discuss my proposal in more detail at your convenience.

The talent show will be open to all students at [School Name]. Students will be able to perform in a
variety of categories, including:

Singing
Dancing
Playing an instrument
Telling jokes
Performing magic tricks
Poetry
Stand-up comedy
Acting
Martial arts
Other creative performances

In addition to the traditional talent show activities listed above, I am also proposing that we hire a local
band to perform and set up a photo booth for all to take pictures. I believe that these additions will make
the talent show more enjoyable for everyone involved.

The talent show will be held in the school on October 10October. The show will be open to the public
and admission will be free.

Prior to the talent show, there will be auditions to select the performers. The auditions will be held on
September 30, 2023 at 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm in the old building social ball at PEACI. Students who are
interested in performing should sign up for an audition slot with the talent show organizer.

On the day of the talent show, the performers will arrive early to rehearse their acts. The show will begin
at 9:30am and will last approximately 6 hours. At the end of the show, the judges will announce the
winners in each category.

I believe that the talent show will be a great way for students to showcase their talents, build
confidence, and have fun. It will also be a great opportunity for our school community to come together
and celebrate the diversity of our student body.

The total budget for the talent show is P 30,000. This budget includes the following expenses:

Band Rental: P 10,000


Decorations: P 6,000
Prizes: P 5,000
Printing and advertising: P 2,000
Refreshments: P 4,000
Other miscellaneous expenses: P 3,000

I have attached a detailed budget breakdown that shows how I plan to allocate the funds.

I am committed to putting on a talent show that is affordable and that is accessible to all students. I
believe that this event will be a valuable addition to our school community and that it will be enjoyed by
students, staff, and community members alike.
