JOB DESCRIPTION: BACKEND DEVELOPER

Location:Gurgaon

efficient collections management tools and strategies.

Role Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated Backend Development Intern to join our
dynamic team. As a Backend Development Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on
exciting projects and gain hands-on experience in developing robust backend systems. You
will collaborate with experienced developers to design, implement, and maintain backend
solutions using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and RESTful APIs. This internship offers a
unique opportunity to enhance your skills, learn new technologies, and contribute to real-world
projects.

Responsibilities:

●​ Collaborate with the development team to design and implement backend


solutions.
●​ Develop RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot framework.
●​ Design and maintain database schemas using PostgreSQL.
●​ Write efficient and reusable code following best practic
●​ Perform unit testing and debugging of backend applications.
●​ Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
●​ Work closely with frontend developers to integrate backend services.
●​ Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in backend development.
Requirements:

● Proficiency in Java programming languag


● Familiarity with Spring Boot framework.
● Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
● Understanding of RESTful API design principles.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Self-motivated with a passion for learning and growing as a developer.
● Prior internship or project experience in backend development is a plus.

Conversion Update:
Candidates selected for the internship will have the opportunity to transition into a
full-time role based on their performance and successful completion of the internship.
High performers will be offered a permanent position with a competitive package and

STIPEND: 15K Per Month

CTC Breakup: 9 LPA

Fixed 5.5L

Variable (Rating on scale of 4) 1.5 L

Retention Bonus 1L
