Terms & Conditions

1. Delivery Period: Within 4 - 5 weeks from the date of full payment.


2. Any other charges not mentioned above (like Road Tax….) will be extra at actuals and to
be borne by the customer only.
3. Prices, equipment’s & specifications quoted are subject to change without notice and those
r u l i n g at the time of delivery alone will be applicable.

4. Payment terms: 25% Advance along with Purchase Order, balance against Proforma
Invoice on readiness of the vehicle prior to Billing.

5. This is not an order and no claim for Priority can be made on the basis of this quotation
6. The vehicle will be delivered with the original specifications, as release by manufacturer.
7. Warranty terms will be governed as per the terms and conditions stipulated by the
manufacturer
8. It is mandatory to submit the copy of PAN card, GST certificate and other necessary
documents for Billing & Registration
9. Payment terms – 100% advance payment through RTGS made is only acceptable
