About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead to join our fast-growing engineering
team in Bangalore. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a product company
environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and can deliver secure, scalable, and AI-
enabled systems — fast.

You’ll work across the stack with ReactJS, Python, and MongoDB, integrating AI models or
APIs where it drives real value. You bring a delivery-first mindset, care deeply about
performance, scalability, and security, and are passionate about building high-quality
production code that moves the needle for the business.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship end-to-end features using React (frontend), Python (backend APIs),
and MongoDB (data layer).
• Contribute to architectural decisions, system design, and product shaping discussions.
• Integrate AI/ML models or LLM APIs into real-world product workflows.
• Deliver clean, maintainable, production-ready code — fast.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to iterate quickly
and smartly.
• Ensure systems are high-performing, secure, and scalable from day one.
• Own your work with pride and push for continuous improvement in code quality and
delivery velocity.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–10 years of experience in software development at product companies


(mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in:
o ReactJS (modern component patterns, performance tuning)
o Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
o MongoDB (schema design, indexing, performance optimization)
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining production systems with real users.
• Familiarity with AI/ML APIs, LLMs, or intelligent feature integrations is a strong plus.
• Experience working with cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP), containerization
(Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
• A business-aware mindset — you understand the “why” behind what you build.
TECH LEAD – FULL STACK

• Strong ownership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points

• Exposure to Vector Databases, or AI agents.


• Built software in early-stage startups or fast-growing B2B platforms.
