EXT. BY THE RIVER - DAY

ISHITA, a lonely teenager walks by the riverside,


occasionally stopping and looking over the railing. Her
phone pings and she looks down at it. It's a text from
someone. She looks up, there's disbelief on her face.

MATCH CUT TO:

INT. ISHITA'S ROOM - DAY

Ishita is sitting on her bed. She lies back and lets out a
loud sigh. Her eyes slowly shut and she falls asleep.

INT. ISHITA'S ROOM - EVENING

Ishita is at her desk, she's trying to study, she's not


being able to concentrate.

MONTAGE - ISHITA CAN'T DO WORK

- She scratches out her work.

- She pulls at her hair.

- She tries putting on music.

- She brings a can of Coke to drink.

- She plays with the stationary in her pouch.

- She stuffs the books in her bag and leaves the room.
END MONTAGE

EXT. AT THE BUS STOP - EVENING

Ishita waits at the bus stop for her bus. The bus arrives
and steps onto the bus.

INT. IN THE BUS - CONTINUOUS

Ishita sits down by the window and stares out of the window.
She opens her phone and scrolls through her chats. She
begins typing something but gives it a second thought and
deletes what shes typing and put her phone down in
frustration.

EXT. AT THE MALL - EVENING

Ishita walks into a store with a drink in her hand. She


strolls around looking at clothes and seeing if they will
look good on her. She picks up some earrings and examines it
closely. She decides to buy it to try and cheer herself up.

CUT TO:

INT. SCHOOL HALLWAY - MORNING

Ishita is walking down a bustling hallway, she's wearing the


earrings. Everybody she walks by is talking and laughing but
she is not happy.

INT. CLASSROOM - CONTINUOUS

Ishita joins her friends at a table. They are all involved


and having a conversation but Ishita stares out of the
window while not paying attention to her friends.

CUT TO:

EXT. CANTEEN - AFTERNOON

Ishita sits alone at the table with a bowl of food, she


looks at it deep in thought. Her food is untouched and she
doesn't want to eat it. She checks her phone again and tries
to type something but nothing comes to mind.

CUT TO:

INT. CLASSROOM - AFTERNOON

Ishita stayed back after school to finally try to get some


work done. She works on something typing away at her laptop.
She suddenly sighs and sits back in her chair. She shoots a
look at her phone that is on another table face down. She
looks away so she doesn't give in to the temptation of
picking up the phone. She gets up, pacing around the room
and muttering to herself. It suddenly rings and there's
another message on it. Ishita looks at the phone for a
couple seconds before picking it up to check the message.
She smiles widely after reading the message and quickly
types a message back.

INT. SCHOOL HALLWAY - CONTINUOUS

Ishita runs out of the classroom into the hallway and


quickly moves towards the staircase

INT. STAIRCASE - CONTINUOUS

Ishita runs down the steps quickly and runs to a classroom


on the floor below.

INT. CLASSROOM - CONTINUOUS

Ishita throws the door open and there is a group of people


chilling in the room and we see her run towards CHHAVI and
give her a tight long hug.

FADE OUT
