Notes:
1. Please take note that the duration stated on the examination ticket refers to the maximum hours allowed for the examination session.
Students are advised to follow the actual duration hours stated on the examination question paper.
2. Please check the examination details on the ticket and contact the Registrar Office for any errors or discrepancies.
3. Only students with examination ticket will be allowed to enter the examination venue. Students who fail to produce their examination
ticket upon request by the invigilator during the examination will be fined RM50.
4. Student must be at the examination venue 30 minutes before the examination begins. The reading time will begin 10 minutes before the
published start time of the examination. Students are not allowed to bring into the examination venue any unauthorized materials such as
books, articles, pictures, notes, dictionary, written materials, programmable calculators and/or other related items into the examination
hall, unless allowed by the College.
5. Please DO NOT write anything on the examination ticket.
6. The university ‘Student Code of Conduct’ allows disciplinary action to be taken against any student violating the stipulation as 4 above.
Student found guilty for the violation under this stipulation may be penalized by the enforcement of the ‘E’ grade for the particular subject.
7. A student who is certified as unwell or unfit MUST OBTAIN a valid medical certificate (MC) from a medical officer and/or other relevant
document of unfit health condition recognized by UNITEN within 24 hours from the time of the examination, unless with reasons
acceptable by the Dean of College. Student or his representative shall notify the Dean’s office and submit related documents within 2
working days from the time of the examination, and subject to Dean’s discretion for approval.
8. Only students with COVID-19 Risk Status "Low Risk No Symptom" stated in MySejahtera apps is permitted entry to the examination hall.
