Job Responsibilities
• Develop QA plans, test strategies and procedures.
• Perform workload analysis and reviews and assesses test coverage.
• Develop test scenarios, test cases and test procedures for Web applications.
• Establish and maintains test data sets.
• Execute test plans, coordinates test activities and mentors' others regarding
QA procedures.
• Verify test results, analyze defects, and submit change requests.
• Promote a consistent testing methodology and ensure prescribed QA practices
and methods are utilized throughout entire QA process.
• Develop and maintain standards for quality assurance methods, processes,
systems, and procedures, including maintaining testing tools and defect tracking
tools.
• Design, create, and maintain automated test scripts for Web apps using
Selenium
• Work closely with DevOps team in implementation of automated scripts into
CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automated tests executed in CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay current with advances and trends in Web automation methodologies and
tools.
• Provide mentorship and direction to a diverse QA team comprised of members
of other work groups.
• Provide recommendations for go/no go decision for software release.
Qualifications
Experience:
• 6+ years software or web/mobile/API based Quality Assurance experience.
• 2+ years with hands on Web Automation Experience
• Should have experience using Selenium/Appium tools
• Should have experience in Java or C#
• 2+ years' experience designing, creating, maintaining, and executing
automated test scripts
• Mentoring QA Analysts in manual testing and automation
• Experience with ADO or other continuous integration software

Other Requirements:
• Basic understanding of relational databases (SQL), web technologies, Windows
and IIS.
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to function both independently and as part
