Guidelines Srot
Introduction
SROT (Screen Recording & Observation Tool) is used for capturing user interactions such as mouse
clicks, keypresses, and UI navigation while executing predefined prompts. These recordings are
essential for AI training, process automation, and compliance verification.
This document provides step-by-step guidelines for action recorders to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and
compliance while executing prompts in SROT.
To begin recording actions in SROT (Screen Recording & Observation Tool), follow these steps to install
the software correctly.
1. Download SROT

Action Recording Guidelines
● Fully understand the test objectives, tool functionality, and expected outcomes.
● Carefully read and understand the provided prompt, including Tool, Prompt, and Detailed
Instructions.
● Identify clearly the expected action (e.g., clicking a button, opening a menu, executing a script).
● Ensure the screen state precisely matches the context provided before initiating the recording.
● Verify all required data sources are properly connected and accessible.
● Pre-upload necessary data files to the specified locations indicated in the prompt.
● For technical tools (e.g., GitHub), confirm that all variables, filenames, licenses, or configurations
match the exact names and requirements mentioned in the prompt.

7. Post-Recording Steps
● After submission, click on "Next Task" to log your current recording and update the Task ID.
● Once the Task ID is updated, click on "Reset" to reset the panel.
● Select the next appropriate tool and repeat the process for subsequent tasks.
● Note: Once a prompt is recorded and submitted, the recording agent session closes. To record
the next prompt, reopen the recording agent.
8. Quality Parameters
● Maintain zero tolerance for errors, including incorrect execution, tool crashes, or
misconfigurations.
● Avoid duplicate data entry unless explicitly instructed.
● Ensure that the screen state remains aligned with the expected execution throughout the
recording.
The recorded actions go through three layers of auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance:
1. System Audit
2. Reviewer Audit
3. Inspector Audit
