Customization Guide for Premiere Pro Template

**Optionally change your workspace to "Editing" ( Window > Workspaces > Editing )

Navigating the Template Folders:

1. Accessing Subfolders: Click on the folders to explore, and expand subfolders


to view their detailed contents.
2. Editing Sequences: For editing components, open the "Edit" folder.

Understanding Sequences

1. Master Comp (Master): The main Sequences for final renders or overlays.
2. "Placeholder" (Edit): Space for inserting your footage. Replace placeholders
with your media.
3. "Text" (Edit): Customize text elements to fit your project’s needs.

Editing Titles:

1. Navigate to the "Text" (Edit) folder to find the title sequences.

2. To edit a title, locate the icon next to the title's name in the Project
Panel.
Double-click on this icon to open the sequence for the title editing.

3. For text customization:


Select the Title Clip in your new open timeline, (make sure your current
timeline indicator is over the clip)
Utilize the Essential Graphics panel for straightforward editing options like
font choice, alignment, and styling .(Window > Essential Graphics)
*The Effect Controls panel also provides detailed adjustments for text
properties, including The Drop Shadow Effect to adjust the shadow.

*** If needed, you have the flexibility to toggle the visibility of text elements
in your project.
To do this, simply locate the text layer on your timeline.
If you wish to hide the text, click the 'eye' icon next to the layer to turn it
off.
To make the text visible again, click the same 'eye' icon to turn it back on.
This feature allows you to customize the presence of text according to your
project's requirements.

Replacing Placeholders:

1. Simply drag your new footage from the Project Panel and drop it directly over
the corresponding placeholder on the timeline.
2. Once in place, fine-tune the footage by adjusting its position and scale to
ensure a perfect fit within the frame.
