Data Science Programming, Spring 2024 Task Guidelines

Overview

This Task is an opportunity to apply what you have learned in class


to improve your data science skills.

Task Rules:

 This Task will be graded from 10, each sub task will have 5 grades.
 The Team must perform the two sub tasks.
 The Team should consist of the same students for the two sub tasks.
 The Team must consist of 3 members not more.
 The Team members must be from the same section.
 Every member of the team must know everything in the two sub tasks.
 Team members will discuss both tasks in 10 minutes of section time.
 The deadline of this Task will be announced later.
 A timetable for project discussions will be published later. Please
stay updated for further instructions

Plagiarism Policy:

Any form of plagiarism will result in a score of zero for the project.
Ensure that all code, algorithms, and methodologies used are your team's
original work.

The purpose of this task is not to complicate or burden you as a student,


but to try to educate you correctly and in a good way, enabling you to
apply what you have learned in the course and prepare for work.

Minimum requirements

Good understanding of the problem and Dataset 1
Data Preprocessing by Python 2
Analysis and Visualization by Python (Minimum 15 Question) 2
Total 5

Any plagiarism will get a Zero.

 The Team leader must submit these files.


- Jupiter notebook: Code, problem definition, method, experiment, references.

- dataset (link of data set).

Web Scraping for specific domain (Sport, Medical, .... etc.) 2
Minimum 1000 Row
Data Preprocessing by Python 2
Analysis and Visualization by Python (Minimum 5 Question) 1
Total 5

Any plagiarism will get a Zero.

 The Team leader must submit these files.


- Jupiter notebook: Code, problem definition, method, experiment, references.

- dataset (Websites link).
