VTION is at the forefront of Al innovation, leveraging
cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive
intelligent automation and enhance user experiences. We
are looking for a skilled LLM Al Developer to join our team
and contribute to the development, fine-tuning, and
deployment of advanced Al models.
Responsibilities
+ Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based applications for
various use cases.
+ Fine-tune and optimize pretrained LLMs (GPT, Llama,
Claude, etc.) for specific business applications.
+ Develop custom Al pipelines integrating NLP, machine
learning, and deep learning techniques.
+ Work with APIs and frameworks such as OpenAl,
Hugging Face, LangChain, and vector databases.
+ Optimize models for performance, cost-efficiency, and
scalability in cloud environments.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Al
solutions into products and services.
+ Conduct research on emerging Al trends, transformers,
and prompt engineering techniques
+ Ensure ethical Al practices, data privacy, and compliance
with regulatory standards.

Skillset: Required Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's/Master’s


degree im Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence,
Machine Learning, or arelated field. « Proven experience
with LLMs, transformers, and NLP technologies. +
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow,
PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc) + Experience with cloud
platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization
(Docker, Kubernetes) + Knowledge of vector databases
(FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.) and retrieval-augmented
generation (RAG). + Strong understanding of prompt
engineering, fine-tuning techniques, and Al ethics. « Ability
to work in an agile development environment and manage
multiple projects + Excellent problem-solving,
communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred
Qualifications + Experience with reinforcement learning
from human feedback (RLHF) + Knowledge of multimodal
Al models (text, image, audio integration) + Prior work on
Al-driven chatbots, content generation, or automation
solutions.
