2. Aligning The text in the paragraph can be aligned in one of
text four ways: • Left: Aligns text to the left margin. • Center: Aligns text to the centre of the page. • Right: Aligns text to the right margin. 4. Borders • Click on the Home tab, in the Paragraph group,
click on the Borders command drop-down button. • The Borders dialogue box will appear. • For more options, click on Borders and Shading. • The Borders and Shading dialogue box will open. • Choose the type of border from the Setting section. • Select the line style, colour, width or art values. • You can use the preview window to make adjustments.
