Instruction change login details - EasyFlex2Go (EF2GO) –

Flexwerker
A. After receiving the login details, by e-mail, for EasyFlex2Go,
you log in to the site gpconnect.easyflex2go.nl

B. Go through the following steps.

1. Change the language choice to English by clicking on the Dutch flag and
choose English

2. Choose option Flex worker

Enter the login details.

Click on <Log in>


3. Change your received login details to your own

Change username

Change password
The password must be
between 8 and be 32 Repeat new password
characters long and at least
1 letter,capital letter, number
and special character
contain.

Click on <Change>

If the username already exists, you will receive the message.


Your username is already taken, please choose another username and you
must choose a different username.

C. To be able to log in to your account you will receive an e-mail to confirm your e-mail
address. Click the button.

D. Download the app EF2GO (EasyFlex2Go) from Play Store (Android) or App Store
(Apple)
Instruction APP EasyFlex2Go - Flexwerker
1. Download the app EF2GO (EasyFlex2Go) from Play Store (Android) or App Store (Apple)

2. Change the language choice to English by clicking on the Dutch flag and choose English

3. Set access code

4. Click on the blue +


5. Enter gpconnect and click on <save>

6. Click on the GP-Connect logo

7. Enter your own login that you earlier created.


8. Click on the correct week to enter your hours worked

9. How to enter your hours?

Enter your hours in the correct week

Date worked

Enter the start- and end time of


your shift per day
If you have worked 2 shifts click
on the blue + to enter the 2nd shift

Enter the start and end time of your


break per day
If you have had more than 1
break, click on the blue + to enter
the 2nd break
If your working hours are after midnight, fill in the hours as follows:

* In the first hour field you fill in the worked hours before midnight
(example 17:30 – 24:00)

click on the blue +

* In the extra hour field you fill in the worked hoursafter midnight
(example 00:00 – 01:15)

Click on the correct day to enter


your hours worked.
Fill in all your hours before you
click on <send>

Total hours worked

All your hours filled in!


By clicking on <send> the hours
will be forwarded to your
manager for approval.

After the hours have been approved by your manager, the hours are forwarded to GP-
connect
