Itech Africa is a non-governmental organization spread across 13 countries in Africa and whose
mission is to foster technological development in Africa by empowering the youth to become
innovators, entrepreneurs and agents of change. Itech is currently implementing more than 100
programs, reaching more than 16 million people across 13 African countries; and a staff
complement of over 600. Headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya, Itech Africa has offices in 12
countries in Africa – Rwanda, Ethiopia, South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Burundi, South Sudan,
Tanzania, Eritrea, Ghana, Nigeria and Zambia. An additional eleven advocacy and fundraising
offices are located in Europe and North America.

Job Description
We are offering a fixed ONE year paid internship for fresh graduates in all of the following disciplines
• Business management

• Agronomy
• Accounting/Finance
• Sociology
• Environmental science
• Biotechnology, Microbiology & Biomedical sciences
Location: Nairobi, Kenya (with travel across Kenya)

Qualifications:
• A Degree or diploma in any of the mentioned areas and MUST not have graduated more than three
years prior to the date of this notice
• Must be a Kenyan citizen residing in Nairobi or its environments.
• Candidate MUST be a team player and willing to learn
