Voice quality considerations We do not guarantee that
the call quality on calls made through your Microsoft
Operator Connect service will meet or exceed a certain
level. We recommend that your underlying internet
access service provides sufficient bandwidth to
support all your voice line traffic in each direction in
order to ensure your service voice quality (to be
clarified)
Early Termination Charges (ETCs)
If you cancel your service, you will not be charged an
Early Termination Charge (ETC).
Minimum term
Microsoft Operator Connect is available on a month-to-
month basis with no additional minimum service term
commitment.
