Scenario – TVS Motors, a multinational company, wants to assess employee
attendance patterns and workforce effectiveness using Power BI and Excel. The
HR department needs insights into absenteeism, punctuality, and employee
productivity to optimize workforce management.

● Identify attendance trends across departments.
