E09 Overcurrent on a ON/OFF output (from OUT 1 to OUT 5 or Y0) Shortcut on an ON/OFF load or the ON/OFF output broken down. VC/PWM Check the ON/OFF loads. Verify the cable has not been damaged. If necessary, contact the authorized
E10 Overcurrent on a ON/OFF output (from OUT 6 to OUT 11). Shortcut on an ON/OFF load or the ON/OFF output broken down. VC/PWM service to check the remote control unit.
Check the power supply voltage of the remote control unit. If necessary, contact the authorized service
E11 Over voltage on the power supply. V_in > 35V (power supply voltage higher than 35 Volt)
VC/PWM to check the radio control .
Check the power supply voltage of the remote control unit. Verify the section of the electrical cable for
E12 Under voltage on the power supply. V_in < 8V (Power supply voltage lower than 8 Volt) the power supply: it has to be proportional to the load and to the length. If necessary, contact the
VC/PWM authorized service to check the remote control unit.
Voltage read back error on the Y0 output (safety valve). (see also Check if there is water in side the receiver box (see note 2). Verify that there are no shortcuts on the
E13 note 2) Safety valve broken, Y0 radio output broken or faults on the cable. VC/PWM ON/OFF loads and that the cable has not been damaged. If necessary, contact the authorized service
Voltage read back error on the OUT1 output (start radio). (see to check up the remote control unit.
E14 note 2) shortcut on an ON/OFF output, OUT1 of the radio broken or faults on the cable. VC/PWM
E15 Read back error for power supply voltage of valve 1. Remote control unit power output 1 faulty or electrovalve faulty. VC

E19 Read back error for power supply voltage of valve 5. Remote control unit power output 5 faulty or electrovalve faulty. VC
E20 Read back error for power supply voltage of valve 6. Remote control unit power output 6 faulty or electrovalve faulty. VC
1. Check the output cable, probably it's faulty or there are shortcuts on it;
E21 Read back error for power supply voltage of valve 7. Remote control unit power output 7 faulty or electrovalve faulty. VC
2. Check the electro valves are working correctly;
E22 Read back error for power supply voltage of valve 8. Remote control unit power output 8 faulty or electrovalve faulty. VC
3. Try to exchange the plugs on the distributor. If the problem is due to the
E23 Read back error for proportional control voltage of valve 1. Remote control unit proportional output 1 faulty or electrovalve faulty. VC
E24 Read back error for proportional control voltage of valve 2. Remote control unit proportional output 2 faulty or electrovalve faulty. VC
hydraulic control block the errorcode will be changed. Otherwise the problem
E25 Read back error for proportional control voltage of valve 3. Remote control unit proportional output 3 faulty or electrovalve faulty. VC regards the radio or its cable.
E26 Read back error for proportional control voltage of valve 4. Remote control unit proportional output 4 faulty or electrovalve faulty. VC
E27 Read back error for proportional control voltage of valve 5. Remote control unit proportional output 5 faulty or electrovalve faulty. VC
E28 Read back error for proportional control voltage of valve 6. Remote control unit proportional output 6 faulty or electrovalve faulty. VC
E29 Read back error for proportional control voltage of valve 7. Remote control unit proportional output 7 faulty or electrovalve faulty. VC
E30 Read back error for proportional control voltage of valve 8. Remote control unit proportional output 8 faulty or electrovalve faulty. VC
There is a shortcut on a proportional valve. Disconnect one by one the valves so that you can localize
E31 Shortcut detected on a proportional valve. A proportional valve is faulty or the shortcut threshold (software parameter) is too low. PWM which one is faulty. If necessary, call the authorized service, so that the shortcut threshold can
be verified.
E42 START attempt with a toggle-swich (or joystick) on. It's not possible to arm the system: a toggle-switch or a joystick is on. VC/PWM Before pressing START on the transmitter, check all the toggle-switches and joystick: they all have to
be off. If necessary, contact the authorized service to check up the remote control unit..
INTERNAL ERROR CODES:
CODE MEANING POSSIBLE CAUSES TYPE POSSIBLE VERIFICATIONS
E50 CPU test failed. Main base board faulty. VC/PWM
E51 WATCHDOG test failed. Main base board faulty. VC/PWM
E52 INTERRUPT test failed. Main base board faulty. VC/PWM
E53 TIMER test failed. Main base board faulty. VC/PWM
E54 EXTERNAL RAM test failed. Main base board faulty. VC/PWM
E55 INTERNAL RAM test failed. Main base board faulty. VC/PWM
E56 INTERNAL PRAM test failed. Main base board faulty. VC/PWM Call the authorized service to check up the remote control unit.
E57 FLASH memory test failed. Main base board faulty. VC/PWM
E58 STACK OVERFLOW detected. Software fault. VC/PWM
E59 Main loop time failed. Software fault. VC/PWM
E60 OP counter error. Software fault. VC/PWM
E61 Serial EEPROM checksum error. EEPROMs not programmied or faulty. VC/PWM
E62 HW internal error. Main base board faulty. VC/PWM
NOTE 1: An accidental inversion on the the power supply damages irreversibly the system, which showes permanently the E08 error code. Call the authorized service to substitute the electronic main base board.
NOTE 2: This error codes can occur if there is some humidity in the receiver. In this case eliminate every spot of water by applying a delicate throw of warm air.
Before closing again the receiver check the gasket under the cover so that no water can come inside.
DURING THE TRUCK WASHING DO NOT THROW WATER-JETS AGAINST THE RECEIVER BOX OR ITS CONNECTIONS.
NOTE: For error codes greater or equal than E-50, you need to reboot the receiver to reset the system.
NOTES:
1. "x" rapresents any number. In normal conditions the RX status is completely shown by the last number on the display.
2. In normal conditions, the first number shows which proportional channel (AK) is used.
3. A blinking dot after the third digit shows that the radio signal is good (each flash is a valid telegramm received).
4.A blinking dot after the second digit shows that the red key is in PROGRAMM mode (in this case you can change the proportional min and max values)
