What is PowerPoint?

Microsoft PowerPoint is a popular presentation software developed by Microsoft. It allows users


to create slideshows containing text, images, videos, animations, and other multimedia
elements. PowerPoint is widely used for business, education, and personal projects to
communicate ideas effectively.

1. Getting Started with PowerPoint

Opening PowerPoint

Click on the Start Menu (Windows) or Launchpad (Mac).

Search for Microsoft PowerPoint and open it.

Choose Blank Presentation or select a template.

Understanding the PowerPoint Interface
