1. Getting Started with PowerPoint

Microsoft PowerPoint is a presentation software used to create slideshows with text, images,
videos, animations, and more. It is widely used for business, education, and personal projects.

Opening PowerPoint

Windows: Click on the Start Menu, type "PowerPoint," and open the application.

Mac: Open Launchpad, search for "PowerPoint," and launch it.

Shortcut: If PowerPoint is pinned to your taskbar or desktop, double-click to open it.

Understanding the PowerPoint Interface

When you launch PowerPoint, you will see:

Title Bar: Displays the name of the presentation.

2. Creating a New Presentation

To prevent losing work, save your presentation regularly.

Saving for the First Time
