History
September 2010 – present: International British School in
Kuwait.
Head of P.E department and Swimming instructor.
 Teaching P.E and swimming for early years, key stage1,2&3.
 Lead Teacher for after school activities/clubs.
 Lead Teacher for Primary in school competitions.
 I have led the successful delivery of PE across the School.
 I have helped to develop an innovative and progressive curriculum in PE which can be taught
online as well as in school.
 I regularly undertake regular audits and quality assurance checks within PE to ensure that
the highest standards are being achieved in all aspects of the department’s work.
 My current job has allowed me to work with new staff to inspire and enthuse members of the
team, with a clear vision for the future direction of the PE Department.

2010 -2011
-Playing football and basketball competition with Al Ru’ya Bilingual School for year 3, and year 4.
- Developed the school football team.
- Teaching swimming for all children from years 1 to 4.
- Developed school basketball team.
- Made sure all students received certificates for participation.
2011-2012
-Participating in football and swimming competitions with (DBSK & RBS) and achieving second place.
- Taught students the skills required for each sport. (YEAR3, YEAR 4 & YEAR 5).
- Organised sports day at IBS for the whole school.
2012-2013
- Participated in a primary school competition with BSSFK in (football-handball-basketball-swimming)
- Achieved fourth place for boys and achieved third place for girls.
-Participated in handball and basketball competitions with Al Ru’ya Bilingual School and Al Dana
Bilingual School for year 3 year 4 and year 5.
- Organised and planned after school clubs with all IBS Teachers (volleyball, Rugby, tennis table,
handball, football, dancing, gymnastic).
2013-2014
- Participated in primary school competitions with BSSFK in (football-handball-basketball-
swimming) with 7 different schools.
Achieved second place for boys and second place for girls.
- Achieved bronze in the 100-meter free style school swimming competition.
- Organised football class league between year 3, year 4, year 5, and year 6.
- Participating in friendly matches (home & away) between IBS, RBS AND WIN.
- Organized sports day at IBS for the whole School.
- Organised after school clubs for Term one and Term two with all teachers.

2014-2015
- Successfully organised the first sports day at KOC Stadium for the whole school.
- Arranged a football league between year 3, year 4, year 5, year 6 and Year 7.
- Focused on teaching swimming for all key stages from year 1 to year 7 with parent’s
permission.
- Achieved first place for football (boys) and basketball girls school team and win the
trophy.
- Organized and taught after school clubs for Term one, term two and term three.
- Successfully taught over 70 students how to swim from the beginning until they could
swim free style (boys and girls)
2015-2016
- Organised sports day at KOC Stadium for the whole School over two days (over 350
students) and the parents joined us to spectate.
- Participating in football, basketball, handball and swimming competitions with Al Ru’ya
Bilingual School and Al Dana Bilingual School and winning a trophy (boys and girls).
- Taught after school clubs for term one, term two and term three with all teachers.
- Played friendly match with BSK.
- Taught over 180 students how to swim (boys and girls).
- Arranged a football League between classes for key stage 2 and key stage 3.

2016-2017
- Organised sports day at KOC Stadium for the whole school over two Days(over 500
student) with parent participation.
- Played friendly football matches with KIES for years 8, 9, and 10 win year 8 and year 10
matches and lose year 9 Matches.
- Won a swimming competition against Al Ru’ya School for 50 meters, 100 meters and 200
meters in breast stroke and butterfly swimming.
- Taught after school clubs for Term one, term two and term three with all teachers.
- Football league for all classes for key stage 2 and key stage 3.
2017-2018
- Organized sports day at KOC Stadium for the whole school over two days (over 650
student) including parent participation.
- Taught swimming to KS1 and KS2.
- Organized a IBS swimming competition for KS1 to help improve their swimming ability.
