Q2.Which curriculum we are following?


Ans: Broadly we follow IXL Curriculum and our teachers are well qualified and trained enough to follow
every curriculum. Our teachers can customize curriculum according to the child needs.
We follow the standard USCC/Canadian (depends on the country) being followed in your child’s School. So
the curriculum will be in direct alignment with the school curriculum. Also, you will have a luxury of
customising the curriculum as per your child’s requirement. We broadly follow IXL curriculum & the few of
the curriculum are present on our website too.

Q3.How can I believe you are genuine?


Ans: We are not a new company. You can google us ,you will find a lot of information about us.
Q4.How many sessions in a week ?
Ans: It’s up to you how many sessions you want in week, you can choose 2,3,4,5,6..

Q5.Duration of demo classes?


Ans:
• Academic class- 20 minutes
• Non Academic class—30 Minutes

Q6. Duration of regular classes?


Ans: Academic regular class—60 minutes
Non-Academic regular class – 45minutes

Ans: Yes, with same demo teacher.

Ans: The missed class will be compensated given only if the teacher was informed well in advance.
Q16.Why are you charging much more than you are charging in India?
Answer: No, the prices are not high. It’s very economical even if we compare with Indian companies. But here
we are the team of techno- teachers who are well evaluated & trained to become an international tutor.

The pricing is highly competitive when compared to other available programs in the US market. Classes in India
are 6:1 where as here you are getting 1:1 attention for your child.

Q17.What if my child doesn't like the class after a few classes?


Ans: We will try and do everything from our end in order to ensure that your child is enjoying the classes.
Customisation of curriculum and change of teacher can be accommodates for the same.

Q18.How to schedule the classes for my child?


Ans: Post sign up, a team member will get in touch to schedule and set up the classes. After the completion of
signup, a dedicated program manager gets in touch with you in order to schedule and set up the classes.
Q19. My child is in grade 5 but he is studying grade 6 syllabus?
Ans: The customised learning plan and 1:1 learning model allows us to teach the teach the child according
to their calibre and subject knowledge irrespective of the current grade.

Q20.The syllabus in India is totally different from US/Canada how do your teachers manage the same?
Ans: The teachers have undergone multiple assessments and rigorous training in accordance with US
common core in order to get certified for USA Operations and hence, they are well on the same.
