Process: My sister watching films

A:
Watching the movie
E:
- Evening, Dinner, Midnight
- Alone or with me
- At the living room when watching with me, sometimes alone in her bed
- Have snacks to eat sometime
I:
- Took the TV remote from me or father or no one
- Open the movie streaming platforms
- Select the movie she wants (sometimes she take hours to choose a movie)
- Play the movie and find some snacks if have
- Watch the movie in peace
- Sometimes I and my parents complain because she watches too much or stays up too late to
watch a movie.

- TV and TV remote

- High school student
- Stubborn, silly, mysterious, eat a lot, steadfast, catch the trend fast
- Loves to watching films for hours, days, weeks
- Talent: Singing and acting
- Always entice me to watch movies together so she can take the TV remote from me and then
she watches the movies she like (and don’t care about me)
- She begged my dad to watch TV for a bit but then she watched movies for hours without end.

Question & Answer:


1. How might we know the kind of film your sister likes?
=> There have several genres that she can choose. The stream flatform also has several
questions that can recommend the films she likes after she answers them. It also tracks the
behavior of her to recommend the films she may like also
2. How might we switch the TV channels or use Apps (Netflix) without reaching for a remote?
=> There is a remote app on the phone I think it may help
3. How might we make our living room have a cinema-like atmosphere?
=> Turn of light will make it better more cinematic. Moreover, we also have the sofa and
soundbar system that make the living room feel more like theater.
4. How might we help your sister with snacks? Like, recommend snacks or pause for her to get
snacks?
=> She just manually pause the film to get the snack right now.
5. How might we recommend the services/products that appear in the movie directly to the
customers without annoying them?
=> We can recommend the services/products that are relevant or things she like (such as she
like that movie or actor/actress so when we recommend the services/products relevant to that,
it may not disturb her.
