Group Size: 3 Students

Project Can be:


Any(Software/Application/WebApplication/Embedded/ARVR/Cloud/Simulation/
Model)

Study:

● System Analysis(Modules(Client Side & Admin Side))


● UML Diagram
● Data Dictionary
● Screenshots of proposed system (initital layouts 5 to 7)
Where to look for project?
● Government Organizations
● Private Organizations
● Local Self Government (Municipalities, Panchayats, Urban Development
Authorities etc.) or public / private bodies or NGOs.
● Public Sector Organizations and Educational institutes
● Trading/Business houses
● Software/ Hardware/Project Consultancy companies (only if the project
workseem to be original and beneficial)
● A challenging in-house software project.
● The location of the organization is immaterial. It can be Local in the city In the
vicinity of the city Mostly the work will have to be done at home or the
institute.
Which Project to Avoid?
● The project of system study
● Involves only modification in existing software, such as porting of software or
few updates
● Involves only data storage and retrieval without any processing.
● Conventional small applications such as
● Library Management
● Examination (conduct or Results)
● Educational Institute Management
● Payroll
● Accounting system or inventory
● Human Resource
● Home automation
● Smoke detection
● Smart parking
Approval Process
1. Students has to design their own group(3 student per group)
2. Need to fill the SDP proposal form
3. Send at [email protected]
4. Wait 10 to 12 days for confirmation(Title Approved/Rejected)
5. If Approved, then we will assign Primary Faculty which will help you to define
your project in more detail, after that Primary Faculty will
send([email protected]) your proposal for Approval to SDP Committee.
After a week you will receive final approval with Internal Guide.
6. If Rejected then revised step 2 to 5
Reporting
1. Twice in a Week & Groups must have to sign in Attendance(With Internal
Guide)

2. New time be available after your regular time table.

3. Meeting regarding SDP will held on every 2nd and 4th saturday with only
Project coordinators(Prof. Nirav/ Prof. Ruchika)
Development
1. During this semester you have to design the System Analysis.

2. Both side development:

● System Analysis
● UML Diagram
● Data Dictionary
● Initial Screen Layouts
Submission
● Last date to submit and your SDP title approval is 20th May 2025
Important Dates
Progress Report Submission : First Week of August, 2025

Documentation Submission : Last Week of September, 2025

Presentation Submission : Last Week of September, 2025
