APPLICATION FOR A VENUE

Calvary greetings to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. On behalf of the above name
outreach Team, I wish to solicit for a venue in your facility (Harold Curtis Academy) located
in Kubwa for our interdenominational youth discipleship meetings holding every 2 nd and last
Sundays of every month by 4:30pm.

Calvary Ambassadors Gospel Vessel Outreach is an interdenominational and non-


denominational outreach team established specifically to reach out to the youths on the streets
and in our campuses with the gospel of Christ. Our vision as a Team, is to rescue the young
people from their sin and disciple them for Christ until they are deeply rooted in the Lord and
establishedin their various Churches or Fellowships as active Disciples of Christ

If given the privilege to carry out this kingdom assignment in your facility, we promise to
always do our best to handle the facility with absolute care and keep it in a perfect condition.
