some shoe space on the floor inside master bedroom,
pc/laptop tables inside (optional) to be inside masterbedroom,
coffee space (can be at the island)

Do you have any collections / showcases you wish to be on display?

Example : I have a collections of GUNDAM Figures at MG Scale. I have a retro


watch collections i wish to be displayed in the living…etc.

Some bearbrick/labubu collection ranging from 10cm - 60 cm.

Which area is the space that you seemingly going to spend most of your time?

Toilet, bedroom and coffee

Do you require a lot of storage spaces in the house? And where would you prefer
to have the storage cabinets to be?

Nope as this is just my leisure space and will be on and off staying here

Preferred SOFA size and type of finish ( leather / fabric ) :

60-70 inch just just for the purpose of satisfaction. Usually only my
ipad or mobile on netflix.
Describe your lifestyle for this home :

Example :

I’d like a welcoming zen garden at the foyer to sooth my soul upon return to
home. I’m used to have my keys and all place beside a storage just somewhere
near the foyer maybe with a note wall where i can drop some notes sometimes in
case as a reminder. I’d love a gathering on a huge round dining table and i would
prefer less partitions in the space so the whole space looks more open…….etc.

-Would like a long marble dining table (up to 8 sitting) and an island;
-Open space look;
-Master bedroom to look more like hotel vibe especially toilet area;
-Prefer darker tone with dim and comfy lighting
-Love nice crystal hang light or modern chandelier may be on dining set;
-Dont prefer zen garden as not to go for maintenance of the garden.

Only cook western and not so much on cooking. Minimal storage space.

Not really

Depends on the designer. Either a seperate or it can
be at the sink.

I hang all my shirt and pants. dont require much as this will be my second home.
Do you prefer a higher set of BEDFRAME or lower?

Yes. All Vacuum and robots to be stored/station at the same place.

Prefer to have 1 cordless vacuum in the master room;
