Instruction: The Project Contents should be included the following but not limited and
Database design and Implementation is evaluated individually.

1. Project Title:A concise title that reflects the scope of the project.
2. Introduction(background of the organization/project)
o Overview of the project.
o Objectives and goals your project.
o Significance of the project.
o Feasibility study of the project in the context of database systems.
3. Requirements Analysis
o Functional requirements: What the system should do including tools.
o Non-functional requirements: Performance, usability, security, etc.
4. Database Design
o Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD)
o Normalization
o Schema Definition
5. Implementation
o Database Management System (DBMS)
o Data Insertion: Sample data sets used for testing and demonstration.
o SQL Queries: Key SQL statements for data manipulation (SELECT, INSERT,
UPDATE, and DELETE).
o Stored Procedures and Functions
 Any necessary stored procedures or functions created for the project.
6. User Interface (if applicable)
o Description of the user interface design.
o Technologies used for the front end (e.g., web application, desktop application).
7. Testing and Validation
o Testing strategies used to ensure data integrity and performance.
o Example test cases and results.
8. Deployment
o Steps taken for deploying the database application.
