Meeting Proper: I. Nation-building Thrust Discussion a. In Cafeteria Fine Dining Room, from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. b. Called by Mrs. Carmela C. Oracion, Director for Basic Education of the Ateneo de Manila University c. Convened as a part of the new universitys presidents project to implement new thrusts d. Points and questions raised by Mrs. Oracion i. What programs of the AHS currently help in building the nation? ii. Does the generation now still love the country? iii. What would you do if you were AHS principal? II. Task List a. *See task list b. Corkboard labels and profile pictures should be posted by Wednesday, 12 October. c. Soft copies of org constitutions should be sent to [email protected] by Friday, 14 October. d. Evaluation forms still need to be discussed and analyzed. e. Jio, Elgin and Luis should send their portfolio and files for their cluster nights; write-ups of events should be news article-esque. f. Certificates just need to be printed and signed before distribution. Cluster Assembly Reminders a. Trash: there is still a lot of trash and littering during cluster assemblies; b. Cash advance: to be pasted and submitted after the cluster assembly by the cluster head c. Letter: EG has the most updated letter d. Invite Fr. RB: Template letter with Elgin and EG Org Attendance Reports a. Secretary-General must submit compiled list of OAR absences to the APSA weekly to check for cutting people b. Cluster Heads will compile their own lists of OARs and send to Cody c. Collect by Wednesday, email by Friday d.
