3. Insert clip arts
4. Add a chart in “Ms Excel” slide (Use below data)

3. Add a proper clipart or photo for the first and format it as you want
4. Create the given diagram in the second slide
5. Add page numbers.
6. Use custom animation effects for text and images (Use entrance)
7. Add emphasis effect for the diagram.
8. Set after previous for all animations.
9. Add transition effects for all slides.
10. Set times for each slide.
11. Show presentation.

3. Create hyperlinks for the 3,4,5,6 slides to show the second slid.
4. Type as "more information" below of the 3,4,5,6 slides.
5. Select "more information" and add URLs include similar information via internet (Descriptions,
Images, videos, ect).
6. Moving or hide slides as you want
7. Print the second slide by use with gray scale.
8. Print all slide in one page
