Classroom Management Plan

Creating a classroom management plan is very important because

it allows teachers to establish a positive, productive, and respectful learning
environment that benefits everyone. My classroom management plan will
promote a good classroom environment internally and externally, assuming
my students are at the Grade 7 level. This classroom management plan
aims to create a safe and comfortable. I want them to feel comfortable,
motivated to learn, and following classroom rules and regulations, while
also teaching them valuable life lessons that go beyond the curriculum.
This plan should outline how the classroom will function from the
beginning of the day to the end, encompassing aspects like entry, learning,
transitions, and dismissal.
On the first day of class, this outline will cover what to do and what I
need to do:
1.Say good morning to my students. I will encourage my students to pray
first before starting the class.
2.I will introduce myself first about my name, age, place I lived and Motto in
life. After that my students are also introduce themselves each of them.
3.Then I will discuss the Classroom Policies and elect a classroom
officers , and after that I will ask my students if they have a Clarification,
suggestions or questions.
The classroom rules are listen and follow instructions,1 mouth rule, respect
your classmates and your teachers, cheating is strictly prohibited ,and
claygo.
During Class discussion
I create a busy classroom or Learner Centered Classroom
which is my students can open to express their opinions and ideas
on the subject matter or about in their own experiences or the
teacher talk the student listen and the student talks teacher
listen. And I also include in my discussion about life lessons or
inspiring stories of a person if it is related to the subject matter.
And I will make sure that the 1 mouth rule is to be followed ,and
in the end of my discussion I will ask randomly to my students on
what they have learned in my discussions.
Classroom seating arrangement is the traditional so
that all students sit facing the teacher. And the furniture in the
classroom is in the side of the corner and above the furniture I put
an artificial plant on it and on my own table I put an artificial flower vase on
it so that it will add a good ambiance in my classroom.

Dismissal during dismissal everyone will do claygo and politely leave the
classroom.

Classroom Routines:

1.Daily sweepers or do the assigned daily cleaning task every morning and
last period of the class .

2.Arrange the chairs before starting the class

3.Prayers

5.Observe my students especially about their behaviors or mood.

6..Create a Learner Centered Classroom.

7.Create an activity that is engaging to students.

8.Respect each other.

This classroom routines will be started during the first day of the class until
the end of the school year.
