The Senior Professional in Human Resources - International (SPHRi) (formerly known as Human Resource
Management Professional, HRMP before 2016) study package includes Five electronic SPHRi certification
workbooks in PDF format for downloading and printing. It also includes online practice test questions and

Our system consists of 1,000 up-to-date Multiple Choice Questions with explanations (MCQs) in our database of
pre-test, review-test, and post-test:

Pre-test: It contains the same percentage of questions from each content area (Total 450 MCQs). Participants can

take a pre-test of that module to assess their conceptual understanding of that specific area of the SPHRi Exam
Content Outline. When the pre-test is completed, an overall correct percentage is provided along with the number
and percentage of questions answered correctly. The answers with explanations to individual questions are also
provided. Our system allows users to save the results of the pre-test so that they can improve upon their results
later.

Review-test: Every review test contains questions with explanations (in total 450 MCQs from the Pre-test bank)
to help understand the concepts of that particular knowledge area for each section of the study workbook. Once
you successfully finish reviewing one section of text in the workbook, you naturally get access to the next section.
Each new section builds upon the earlier concepts presented.

Post-test: Once you complete all the knowledge areas, you will be able to take a full-length simulated post-test
under the same testing conditions as the actual exams with 140 questions covered during the 3-hour 15-minute
test (Total independent 550 MCQs). These tests are designed to help you get the feel of the final SPHRi Exam, with
a similar format and question types: Multiple choice with only one correct answer, multiple choice with two or
more correct answers, fill in the blank (numeral, word, or phrase), drag and drop, and scenarios MCQs. Practice
until you are near 80% correct answers in the post-test. This helps you understand areas where you have improved
since the last test as well as highlight topics for which you needed more revision.

Subscription to the SPHRi self-study package includes Five PDF SPHRi preparation workbooks and online access
to 1,000+ multiple-choice questions with detailed answers and explanations in the pre-test, review test, and post-
test bank.

In addition to the digital workbooks and online practice exams, the learning system contains a Glossary that
provides a search box and descriptions of key terms in Human Resource Management.

Leveraging generative AI technology, iHRCI developed the iHRCI Exam Coach (https://www.ihrci.org/product
/exam_coach) using ChatGPT and iHRCI's knowledge databases. This virtual AI coach can help ChatGPT users
prepare for certification exams with practice questions, study tips, and personalized support. This feature is
available to all ChatGPT-registered users, with usage and permissions varying based on whether the user has a
free or paid ChatGPT plan.

Access to the learning system is valid for 12 months (updated version included) from the date of subscription
(USD199). Access to these practice exams is for your individual use; your account is not to be shared with others.
