Geoplanet

1. EMJM Application Form: Download and fill out the application form.

2. Certified Copy of Passport: To verify nationality. EU citizens can use their ID.

Apostille or official legalization for non-EHEA degrees.

6. Two Reference Letters: From professors or job supervisors, detailing your ability to
follow the program.

Additional Requirements:

• Ensure all documents are merged into a single PDF and sent to the provided email

• Document size should be a maximum of 3MB.

MASS
Completed Application Form: Including a scan of the hand-signed “application declaration
form”.

Bachelor’s Degree: Copy or official statement of expected date if not yet obtained.

Academic Transcripts: Including an explanation of the grade scale and relevant course
modules.

Curriculum Vitae (CV): Up-to-date, including publications, Bachelor’s thesis summary, extra-
curricular activities related to astrophysics and space science, and acquired skills.

Cover/Motivation Letter: Max 1000 words, demonstrating alignment with program objectives
and the applicant’s motivation, background, and professional projects.

Passport Scan: Or conditional acceptance of a national ID scan.

English Language Proficiency: Certificate or proof of registration for the next test, or
certification of a degree program entirely in English.

Two Recommendation Letters: Professors’ emails should be provided; applicants must


ensure letters are submitted by the professors directly.

Green nano
Personal Information: Full name, date and place of birth, country of citizenship, and contact
details.

Passport Copy: For non-EU applicants, the passport should be valid for at least 12 months
upon arrival in France. Multiple nationality applicants must choose one nationality.

Proof of Residence: Required for eligibility determination, with appropriate and verifiable
documents submitted within deadlines.

Recent Photo: ID format, taken within the last 12 months.

CV in English: Europass format recommended.

Motivation Letter: Maximum 600 words, describing academic and professional interest in the
GREENANO program, research, and career goals.

High School Diploma: Certified copy with transcript of records.

Bachelor’s Degree: Certified copy of diploma and transcript of records.

English Proficiency Certificate: IELTS (minimum 6.5), TOEFL iBT (minimum 90), TOEIC
(minimum 850), CEFR level B2/C1, PTE Academic (minimum 60), Cambridge (CAE, CPE
certificates). Results must not be older than 2 years. Exemption for applicants from countries
where English is an official language, or degree programs taught entirely in English.

Recommendation Letters: Two letters with contact information of referees.


Proof of Residence: Official document issued within 12 months before the application
deadline.

Optional Documents: Proof of academic and professional accomplishments,


entrepreneurial achievements.

Disability Support: Program provides support for enrolled students with disabilities, upon
request and certified by a competent medical authority.

admission requirements
