[Scene 1: Dada-Dadi’s Life]

(The stage is set like a small courtyard. Dadi is doing yoga on a mat. Dada is sitting on a
chair with a cup of tea and a plate of samosas.)

Narrator:
Dekhiye yeh ek khaas parivaar ki kahani hai,
Ek taraf Dadi ji hain, jo sehat ka karti hain pura dhyan,
Aur ek taraf hain Dada ji, jo maza lene mein rakhte hain vishwas.

Dadi (doing yoga, smiling):

Dada ji, kab tak yeh samose aur chai ka sahara lenge?
Thoda vyayam kariye, sehat banaiye, nahi toh bimariyan darwaaze pe khadi milengi.

Dada (laughing):
Arey Dadi, tumhare yog aur tinde-tori ke zamane gaye.
Ab toh masti ka zamaana hai, samosa aur chai mein hi swarg hai!

Dadi (sternly):
Dada ji, yeh masti aapko hospital le jaayegi.
Aapke har din ke aloo-puri ke saath, andar ki machine dhang se kaam karna band kar degi.

(Dada brushes it off and takes another bite. Meanwhile, the scene transitions to the
narrator.)

Narrator:
Dadi ke baatein toh sahi hain, par Dada ji ko samajh aayega kab?
Aur ab aage ek aur kahani, jo roshni daalti hai mental aur physical health par.

[Scene 2: Rohan’s Struggles]

(The stage shifts to a school setting. Rohan is sitting on a bench, looking stressed, with books
scattered around him. Meera enters.)

Meera:
Rohan, kya hua? Itne pareshaan kyun lag rahe ho?

Rohan (sighing):
Meera, exams ka pressure sambhal nahi raha. Maa-baap ki ummeedein, teachers ka pressure
—sab milkar mujhe daba rahe hain.

(He takes out a small pill bottle and looks at it.)

Meera (shocked):
Yeh kya hai, Rohan? Yeh pills kahan se le aaye?

Rohan (defensively):
Kya karoon Meera? Yehi ek cheez hai jo mujhe shaant rakhti hai. Doctor ke bina liya hai, par
kaam toh karta hai.
Meera (worried):
Yeh galat hai, bina doctor ki salah ke yeh sab lena tumhari sehat ke liye khatarnaak ho sakta
hai. Tumhare andar ki energy aur mental balance khatam ho jayega.

Narrator:
Dekhiye, kaise Rohan apne stress ke chakkar mein apne hi health se khel raha hai.
Aur aage dekhiye kaise yeh kahani Dada ji aur Rohan ke zindagi ko jodti hai.

[Scene 3: Connection Between Dada, Dadi, and Rohan]

(Rohan is sitting in the park, still looking stressed. He sees Dada ji walking slowly, holding
his back in pain. Dadi follows him with concern.)

Rohan (to himself):

Yeh Dada ji kaise chal rahe hain? Kya unka bhi stress ki wajah se health kharaab hai?

(Dadi notices Rohan and walks over.)

Dadi:
Rohan beta, tum yahaan akela kyun baithe ho? Sab thik hai?

Rohan (hesitant):
Haan Dadi ji, bas exams ka pressure hai. Waise, Dada ji ko kya hua?

Dadi (sighing):
Beta, tumhare Dada ji apni sehat ka bilkul dhyan nahi rakhte. Na vyayam karte hain, na
sehatmand khana khate hain. Ab unka sharir signal de raha hai ki sudhar jao!

Rohan (thinking):
Yeh toh mere jaise ho gaya, Dadi. Main bhi apni mental health ko ignore kar raha hoon.
Shayad mujhe bhi sudharna chahiye.

Dadi:
Haan beta, chahe mental health ho ya physical, dono zaroori hai. Ek bimaar ho, toh doosra
bhi asar leta hai.

[Scene 4: The Doctor’s Visit]

(Dadi convinces Rohan to join her and Dada ji for a doctor’s appointment. The scene shifts
to a clinic. The doctor welcomes them.)

Doctor:
Aaiye, sabhi baithiye. Pehle Dada ji ki baat karte hain.

Doctor (to Dada):

Dada ji, aapko apne lifestyle mein badlaav lana hoga.
Aapko daily exercise aur healthy diet zaroori hai, nahi toh bimariyan door nahi rahengi.

Dada (reluctantly):
Doctor sahib, bas thoda maza lene ki aadat hai.
Doctor:
Aapka yeh maza hospital ke bills ka maza ban jayega. Samajh lijiye.

(Dada nods sheepishly.)

Doctor (to Rohan):

Aur Rohan, tumhare case mein mental health par kaam karna zaroori hai. Stress ko manage
karne ke liye yoga aur counseling ka sahara lo.
Aur bina doctor ki salah ke koi supplement ya pills mat lo. Yeh short-term solution hai jo
long-term health ke liye nuksaan karega.

Rohan (understanding):
Aap sahi keh rahe hain, Doctor. Mujhe apni mental health ke liye sahi approach lena hoga.

Dadi (smiling):
Dekha Dada ji aur Rohan, sehat kaise sab kuch badal sakti hai? Chaliye, milkar ek healthy
lifestyle shuru karte hain.

[Final Scene: Message to the Audience]

(All characters stand together and address the audience directly.)

Narrator:
Yeh kahani hai un sabke liye jo apni sehat ko ignore karte hain,
Chahe woh physical ho ya mental, dono ek hi sikke ke do pehlu hain.

Dadi:
Healthy lifestyle shuru karne mein der nahi karni chahiye,
Yeh aapko bimariyon se door rakhta hai.

Dada:
Main maanta hoon, mujhe bhi apni sehat par dhyan dena chahiye.

Rohan:
Aur main bhi samajhta hoon, bina doctor ki salah ke kuch nahi lena chahiye.

Meera:
Health pe dhyan dena, sabse badi responsibility hai.

All Together:
Sehat ka rakhna dhyan, wahi hai asli dhan!

(They bow, and the play ends with applause and a positive message on holistic health
awareness.)
Improvised version same story
[Scene 1: Dada-Dadi’s Life]

(The stage shows a courtyard. Dadi is doing yoga while Dada sits with tea and snacks. The
focus starts with Dadi’s monologue.)

Dadi ():
(Doing yoga, speaking thoughtfully.)
Sehat... kya yeh sirf sharir ka saath dena hai? Nahi, yeh zindagi ko jeene ka tarika hai.
Roz subah uth kar main sochti hoon, ki agar maine apne sharir ka dhyan nahi rakha, toh yeh
sharir mera saath kaise dega?
(Turns to look at Dada.)
Par yeh mere Dada ji, inka to alag hi funda hai. Khaana, peena, maze karna, par sehat ka
bilkul dhyan nahi. Aakhir kab samjhenge yeh?

Dada (, sipping tea):

(Relaxing in his chair, speaking casually.)
Haan, haan, suna hai maine yeh sab. Sehat ka dhyan rakho, vyayam karo, par yeh sab meri
zindagi ka hissa kaise banega?
Main toh bas yeh manta hoon, zindagi ka maza lena chahiye. Jo achha lagta hai, woh karo.
Ab Dadi ji chahti hain ki main samose chhod doon aur salad khaaun... impossible!
(Looks at Dadi, chuckling.)
Lekin shayad unki baat mein sachai hai, par main toh...

(Dadi interrupts.)

Dadi:
Dada ji, bas kar dijiye yeh maze ki baatein. Sehat kharab ho gayi toh maza kahan rahega?

Dada:
Thik hai, Dadi. Par aap yoga karo, main chai ka maza leta hoon.

(Scene transitions as the focus shifts to the children.)

[Scene 2: Rohan’s Struggles

(Rohan is sitting on a bench with a pile of books and a pill bottle in his hand. The spotlight is
on him as he begins his monologue.)

Rohan ():

(Holding the pill bottle, looking tired and frustrated.)

Kya zindagi itni mushkil honi chahiye? Exams ka pressure, maa-baap ki umeedein, aur
teachers ka competition...
(Pauses and looks at the pills.)
Kisi ne kaha yeh pills lene se stress kam hota hai. Shayad yeh hi meri problem ka solution
hai. Lekin andar hi andar lagta hai, yeh galat hai. Par main kya karoon?
(Looks up as Meera enters.)

Meera:
Rohan, tum yahaan akela kyun baithe ho? Yeh pills kya hai?

Rohan (hesitant):
Kuch nahi, bas... ek tariqa hai thoda stress se fight karne ka.

Meera (angrily):
Yeh galat hai, Rohan! Tum bina doctor ke dawa kyun le rahe ho? Tumhe apne health ka
khayal hai ya nahi?

(Meera’s monologue as she turns to the audience.)

Meera (monologue):
(Passionate and persuasive.)
Kya hum itne majboor ho gaye hain ki apne mental health ke liye galat raste apnate hain?
Stress sabko hota hai, par iska solution pills nahi hai.
Humein apne sharir aur dimaag ka khayal rakhta seekhna hoga, bina shortcuts ke. Rohan jaisa
koi aur na kare, isliye zaruri hai ki hum sab milkar isse samjhein.

(Meera takes Rohan’s hand.)

Meera:
Chalo, ek achhe doctor ke paas chalte hain. Tumhari problem ka sahi solution wahi denge.

(Scene transitions to Dada-Dadi entering the park and meeting Rohan and Meera.)

[Scene 3: Connection Between Dada, Dadi, and Rohan]

(Dada walks slowly, holding his back in pain. Dadi follows him. Rohan notices them and
approaches.)

Rohan (to himself, monologue):

(Observing Dada’s struggle.)
Yeh toh wahi ho raha hai jo mujhe lagta hai mere saath hoga agar maine apne health ka
dhyan nahi rakha. Sharir aur dimaag... dono agar ek saath na ho, toh insaan zindagi ka maza
kaise le sakta hai?

(Rohan speaks to Dadi.)

Rohan:
Dadi ji, kya hua Dada ji ko?
Dadi (sighing):
Beta, woh apne sharir ka dhyan nahi rakhte. Na vyayam, na healthy diet. Ab unka sharir
signal de raha hai ki sudhar jao.

Rohan (guilty):
Dadi ji, mujhe lagta hai main bhi wahi galti kar raha hoon. Main apne stress ke liye pills le
raha hoon bina doctor ki salah ke.

(Dadi pats Rohan’s shoulder.)

Dadi:
Beta, sharir aur dimaag ek gaadi ke do pahiye hain. Agar ek weak ho jaye, toh doosra bhi asar
leta hai. Tum Dada ji ki galti se seekho aur apne health ka dhyan do.

(Dada overhears this and has his own realization.)

Dada ():
(Reflecting on his behavior.)
Dadi sahi keh rahi hain. Agar abhi maine apne health ka dhyan nahi diya, toh main khud ko
aur apne parivaar ko pareshaan karunga. Rohan ki kahani ne mujhe mirror dikhaya hai.

(They all decide to visit a doctor together.)

[Scene 4: The Doctor’s Advice

(All characters visit a doctor. The doctor addresses them one by one.)

Doctor (to Dada):

Dada ji, aapko apni lifestyle badalni hogi. Daily exercise aur healthy khana apnaaiye, nahi
toh bimariyaan aur badhti jayengi.

Dada:
Doctor sahib, mujhe samajh aa gaya hai. Main aaj se apni sehat ka dhyan dunga.

Doctor (to Rohan):

Rohan, tumhare liye stress ko manage karna zaroori hai. Yoga, meditation, aur counseling lo.
Pills bina doctor ki salah ke lena bohot nuksan karega.

Rohan:
Aap sahi keh rahe hain, Doctor. Ab main apni mental health ke liye sahi raasta chununga.

Meera:
Mujhe khushi hai ki sab samajh gaye. Sehat sabse bada dhan ha
Closing Monologue (Delivered by Rohan)

(Spotlight on Rohan as he steps forward, addressing the audience directly.)

Rohan (emotionally):
(Pausing, looking around, and taking a deep breath.)
Aaj maine ek baat samajh li... hum aksar zindagi ki daud mein apne sabse bade saathi ko
bhool jaate hain—apni sehat.
Stress, pressure, ya apni khud ki chhoti si masti ke liye hum apni body aur mind ka kitna
nuksan kar dete hain, bina samjhe ki iska asar sirf humein hi nahi, humare parivaar par bhi
padta hai.

(Looks at Dada ji and Dadi, then at Meera.)

Agar Dadi ne apna dhyan rakha, toh unhone Dada ji ko sambhalne ki shakti paayi. Agar
Meera ne mujhe roka, toh usne meri galti se mujhe bachaya. Aur agar main apne health ka
dhyan nahi rakhunga, toh main apne sapno ke peeche reh jaunga.

(Turns to the audience, voice becoming stronger.)

Aap sabhi se ek nivedan hai—sehat ko apni zimmedari banaiye, sirf ek zarurat nahi.
Apne sharir aur dimaag ke saath woh pyaar kariye jo aap apne sapno aur rishton se karte hain.
Aur yaad rakhiye—doctor ki salah lena, healthy choices karna, aur stress ko manage karna,
yeh koi weakness nahi hai. Yeh toh ek samajhdar insaan ka pehchan hai.

(Pauses for a moment, then speaks with conviction.)

Sehat ko aaj ka priority banaiye, kyunki agar sehat nahi toh kal ka sapna bhi nahi.
Hum sab milkar yeh nara lagaiye—"Sehat hi hai asli dhan!"

(Raises his hand and encourages the audience to repeat.)

"SEHAT HI HAI ASLI DHAN!"

(All characters join Rohan as they repeat the slogan together.)
