presented by the global reach of cyberspace and investigates the efficacy of current legal frameworks in mitigating
cybercrimes and preserving personal liberties. Concurrently, the study explores the ethical aspects of cyberspace activities,
acknowledging the critical role that cyber ethics play in directing responsible conduct in the digital realm. It illuminates the
