"Letters from Afar, Answers from Another"

1. The Theme of my story is about love, long distance, promises, trust, betrayal,
growth, and move on.

2. Plot Exposition
Vin and Lia are high school sweet hearts. In their school back then, they were always
hanging out in school. Like they cannot be separated, they’re really in love with each
other and they’re have a good healthy relationship. They’re always supports each
other, they’re are always with each other when one of them needs it. Like they've
created a small world that only both of them can understand each other.

Rising Action
When both of them already graduated in High School. Vin and Lia, are celebrating
now after their graduation. They’re just eating at restaurants feeling after a graduation
in High School. They’re just having a random talking not including their school
because it's done now. They’re just want to have a chill, calm, and peaceful
celebration.

After that, Vin always never forget that Lia bring home safe at her house. Once Vin
car stop front of Lia house. Vin started to talking again about his college life. And Vin
plan reveal that he's going to studies in abroad. And Lia, understand that, but she can’t
help it but to feel sad because Vin will be studying abroad for college.

Climax
Everyday Vin and Lia always just calling and texting on their own phone. Just
updating about what's happening on their college life. Like, they're just enjoying their
long distance relationship like how they used to be when both of them can meet in
physical person. Everything was fine not until Lia meet a new friend in her University.
He's Zai, he's loud person and vibing also, like Vin. Lia, always with Zai every time
she's not talking to Vin on her phone. They always hang out like how Vin and Lia
used to in High School. And Lia, always missing Vin presence that's why sometimes
she's imagining that she's with Vin not Zai.

Time passes, they're got more closer. And Lia, always now neglecting Vin presence
on her phone. She just keeps ignoring his messages and calls. And her relationship
with Vin it's not healthy anymore. They we're just fighting about Zai. That Lia, she
should stop friends with him. But she's can't do that, cause she started to falling in
love him. And Lia, started to do that Vin really going to hurt. She's starting to date Zai
secretly. Like, Vin was nothing to her anymore. Like, he's not existing anymore in her
life.

Climax
Vin found out that Lia is cheating, without hesitation then Vin break up with Lia. Lia,
did not know that Vin and Zai are best friends before. And that's how Zai told Vin the
truth. And now Zai, confronting Lia’s actions. Lia, starting to feel guilty and regrets
of her actions. All of that feeling eating inside of Lia. That how she's lost both of them
in one scenario.
Resolution
Zai and Vin both of them are moving on the past but can help it to feel sad about what
Lia did to them. But Zai and Vin knows that Lia regrets of what happened. The three
of them are living on their own lives now. And learning about what happened on their
past and that's not easy to forget but they’re trying to forget everything.

3. Three characters will be in my story, they are Lia, Vin and Zai. Lia and Vin is the
main character, Zai is Vin’s best friend which is a side character too. Well, usually in
a story has a 1 - 20+ character like in novel, that allowing for some development
while keeping the narrative concise. Including primary, secondary, and minor
characters, it depends on the scope of the story.

4. I chose a straight play because this is easy to write and it allows for a stronger focus
on dialogue and character development without the distraction of musical elements.

5. If Lia was not able to met Zai and didn’t cheated on Vin, I think they will have a
healthy relationship, strengthen their love and both of them can’t be separated and
focus with each other, planning together in the future.
