Telecall Script

Good Morning /. Afternoon/, Evening,

“Hello, Sir this is Mathew} calling from Oliviya Developers Pvt.Ltd . I hope you’re
having a nice day. Are you busy at the moment?”
“I’ve noticed that your {prospect’s company} just {briefly mention their company’s
recent success}. Congrats on that!” [have to do research on the person in
website,linkedin fb before calling]
“The reason for my call is {We are well known premium luxury property developers
and builders in Kerala who handle independent projects for esteemed customers like
you, is there any premium projects that you are looking for}.
I would love to ensure that the service that we provide to {prospect’s company} is a
good fit for what we provide, so I’d just like to ask you a couple of questions,
“Well, since we have a relationship with several businesses like yours {mention a
few examples}, let me share some common challenges that they face, for
instance, {talk about their pain points – Most of the Builders they give sub contract
and later they vanish by when service is needed you have to call each project and
get delayed}. Can you relate to any of these?”
“As I mentioned before, our company {takes care of all service aspects even after
delivering the project to you. We have special offer running in the moment. So that
you need not worry on anything. We are there lifelong with you. To solve your
obstacles}.
“I know you’ve probably got a busy schedule, but I’d love to book a slot this week to
have one of our consultants would walk you through the entire process.
Would {mention date and time} work for you?

We offer 2 year of free service on servicing and dep cleaning of all equipment’s at
home every month for free for 3 years and thereafter with nominal fees
At the cold calling if Prospect Objects ask them, would write emails to them
mentioning

I understand. Is it ok if I send you a follow-up email to review at your convenience?


Then I can follow up with you tomorrow.

If yes, send the email and set a reminder to follow up. If not, thank them for their time
and ask if there's another point of contact they can connect you with. Make sure to
include resources that clearly explain what your company does and ask to continue
the conversation

Building Rapport is important


To build rapport you can talk about following

 Are you a cat or a dog person?"

 "What's your favorite breakfast?"

 "What's the hottest restaurant in [Prospect's city]?"

 Politics or any similar

 Everyone wants to have a better day. By making your prospects smile or laugh,
giving them a chance to talk about their problems or pain points and showing them
you might have a solution, you'll improve their day. That means stronger
relationships and, ultimately, more sales.

Script when talking to Prospect’s Secretary/PA


Good morning/afternoon sir/ma’am. I’m Mathew calling from Oliviya,
Am I speaking with {prospect’s name}?
If Yes, follow above script. If No, i.e. you’re talking with a secretary, continue.
Our business helps companies optimize their customers to have build high quality
luxurious life style villas
I would like to schedule a call with {prospect name} to talk more about the services
we offer.
If they aren’t interested:
Oh, that’s too bad. Can I have {prospect’s name} email id/contact number so that I’d
be able to directly contact them? Thank you.
If the prospect is unavailable:
Oh, that’s no worry. Can you tell me when {prospect name} would be free so I can
contact them at a later time when it’s convenient? Thanks for your assistance.
If they offer to transfer, you to voicemail:
That’s alright, is there someone else I could talk to? {try getting connected to
another person with a similar job profile as your prospect}
If they give contact details of the prospect:
Great! I’ll be sure to contact {prospect}. Thanks for helping. Goodbye!

After Cold Calling is completed


 If You are able to directly communicate with the prospect ask the date, time
and location to visit them to show a detailed presentation.
 Once it is fixed (Always keep it very close days like tomorrow and in 3 days’
time)
 Write a Thank You Email to the prospect for the time and send email to them
with the meetings details.

For / At The Meeting

 Be well prepared with High Quality Visiting cards, Corporate video which gives
luxurious feel to the customers offering all services. Digital Equipment’s like
TAB etc. Should be carried.
 Be before time and Professionally dressed and groomed with Welcoming
smile.
 Take a Consultant approach to answer all their queries and solve their pain
points Gain Thorough Knowledge in the Processes and Products.
 Once the meeting is over write a Thank You Email for the time Prospect have
given and to contact back for any further clarifications.
 On the 3rd day again call them to see the response of the Prospect. And if we
have any further doubts and need clarifications Schedule revisit and Clear
queries. Until the deal is sealed.
