Rajendra Abstract

This project analyzes historical weather data to identify climate patterns and trends using Python and various data analysis libraries. Key findings include rising temperatures and changing rainfall patterns, with predictive models created for short-term weather forecasting. The insights gained are intended to support decision-making in agriculture, disaster preparedness, and urban planning.

Abstract

Weather Data Analysis

This weather data analysis project focuses on examining historical meteorological data
to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in climate behavior over time. Using datasets
collected from national weather stations, the project analyzes variables such as
temperature, humidity, wind speed, and precipitation. Python, along with libraries like
Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn, was employed for data cleaning, transformation, and
visualization. Time series analysis and correlation studies were conducted to explore
seasonal variations and long-term climate shifts.

The study reveals significant trends, including rising average temperatures and shifting
rainfall patterns, which may indicate broader climatic changes. Predictive models were
developed to forecast short-term temperature and rainfall levels, providing potential
applications in agriculture, disaster preparedness, and urban planning.

This project demonstrates the importance of weather data analytics in understanding

environmental dynamics and supporting informed decision-making in sectors affected
by climate variability. The insights gained can aid in climate resilience planning and
sustainable resource management.
