5. Next Steps

Terms of Communication
1. Our primary communication channel will be Slack or Microsoft Teams.

2. All the project management will be done either on Notion or the project
management tool of choice.

3. Any requirement within reason should be met within 3 working days unless
stated otherwise.

4. We will have biweekly syncs to stay on track and receive regular feedback.

5. Any shared deliverable should be returned with feedback or approval within


3 working days. Otherwise, it will be considered accepted unless otherwise
communicated and agreed upon.

Expected Roadblocks and How to Tackle


Them
1. Receiving feedback and relevant information regularly is crucial to maintain
project flow. To address this:

a. Conduct regular sync and async communication.

b. Respond to requests within 48 hours.

2. Insufficient information input can be addressed by maintaining a list of


required items and their deadlines for input.

Terms of Engagement
Payment Agreement
An initial payment of 34% of the estimated amount will be required to
commence work on the Datacurve website. Once work is complete, the
remaining 66% of the estimated amount is to be paid in full. Once payment is
received, the ownership of the website will be transferred to the Datacurve
team.

Commencement of Work
The client agrees to provide written approval of this submission before any
work is commenced, as a Letter of Agreement between the client and Akash
concerning the work outlined in this submission. After we commence work, all
communications will be done through the Slack or Teams channel.

Payment Terms
Payment terms are 14 days, and payment can be made via wire or bank
transfer. Details for payment are provided on invoices.

Fees for Service


It is agreed that the service fee shall be the cost estimates provided in this
proposal unless the work undertaken exceeds the work outlined. If work
undertaken exceeds the items specified, the client agrees to pay appropriate
fees for the excess work at 35 USD/hour.

Archiving of Digital Files


I will store digital data files for all work produced for a period no greater than 3
years unless otherwise stated.

Confidentiality
It is agreed that employees and contractors of Akash shall not at any time,
either during the continuance of the work outlined or thereafter, except in the
course of their duties, divulge any of the confidential affairs of the client or any
of its clients or associated companies to anyone whatsoever without the
previous consent in writing of the client.

Amendments
All and any amendments to the terms and conditions outlined in this submission
must be provided in writing by the client and signed by me before the
commencement of work outlined in this submission.

Ongoing Engagement Case


After finishing the Datacurve project, I will keep the Slack/Teams channel
open for at least 45 days for feedback or necessary bug fixes on the website.

The Datacurve team may need continuous support for marketing campaigns,
website optimization, updating with new data, and other tasks. These can be
discussed after the launch.

Or we can figure out a monthly retainer by which we can work.
