CASE OF KAISER

PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION REPORT

STRICTLY CONFIDENTAL

DATE: MAY 14, 2023

IDENTIYING INFORMATION:
Name : Kaiser, L
Age : 19 years, 11 months
Sex : Male
Grade : 2nd Year College Student

REASON FOR REFERRAL:

Kaiser was referred for evaluation by Mrs. A., his Guidance Counselor. Kaiser was
interested in taking the Psychology course and. Mrs. A is hopeful that Kaiser’s interest grows
more as he refers Kaiser to take a battery of test in order to assess his skills and himself.

TESTS ADMINISTERED:
▪ DRAW-A-PERSON TEST
▪ BAR-ON EQ
▪ MANCHESTER PERSONALITY INVENTORY
▪ DIFFERENTIAL APTITUDE TEST
▪ OTIS-LENNON SCHOOL ABILITY TEST

BEHAVIORAL OBSERVATION:
Kaiser is a very tall person with attractive facial features with brown eyes and black hair.
He looks as if he were younger than his age. He was a bit hesitant at first when he was invited in
the examination room. He was fidgety, clearly showing signs of nervousness and anxiousness.
As the examiner walked him through the test process, Kaiser seemed to have calmed down a bit
and became attentive and cooperative to everything that the examiner has said. He seemed a bit
skeptical whenever answering questions, his answer sheet also indicated some signs of erasures
which can mean that he is unsure about some things. Although he said that the tests were hard,
he still persevered through all of the tests accordingly.

During the projective task, Kaiser seemed to enjoy drawing and articulating every detail of
his male representation, but this was the opposite when it came to his female representation, it
lacked detail compared to his male representation. His works style was very meticulous almost
as if Kaiser was trying to perfect the representation. He also used his body as a reference which
indicates his strive for perfection.
