Schedule Moving Forward

The Full Stack Development Internship consists of two phases focusing on enhancing technical skills across five core domains: Front-End Development, Back-End Development, Deployment, Testing, and Design. Interns will participate in daily Knowledge Transfer sessions and engage in a Pre-Project Phase to apply their knowledge through practice projects, leading to role selection based on individual strengths. The program emphasizes independent work, collaboration, and consistent communication to prepare interns for real-world projects.

Good Evening Students!

Welcome to the Full Stack Development Internship. This program is divided into two
major phases designed to assess, enhance, and streamline your technical skills. Here’s
everything you need to know about how the program will be structured and executed.

Full Stack Development Domains

The internship will be divided into five core domains:

1. Front-End Development – Focuses on creating user interfaces, working with

frameworks like React, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

2. Back-End Development – Deals with server-side logic, APIs, database

interactions, and building a strong technical foundation using tools like Node.js
and MongoDB.

3. Deployment – Teaches you how to take applications live using platforms like
Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services for scalability and reliability.

4. Testing – Covers both manual and automated testing to ensure software quality
through various testing frameworks and methodologies.

5. Design – Focuses on UI/UX design principles, wireframing, and creating user-

friendly layouts and interfaces using tools like Figma and Adobe XD.

Knowledge Transfer (KT) Sessions

Interns will undergo thorough Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions covering all topics
related to the five core domains. These sessions will run every day:

 Schedule: Monday to Friday

 Time: 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM

 Mode: Online only

 Duration: Until May

The KT sessions are designed to ensure that every intern gains a comprehensive
understanding of the theoretical and practical concepts necessary for full stack
development. These sessions will cover everything from writing code and deploying
applications to testing and refining designs. Regular attendance is crucial as these
sessions will prepare you for the upcoming project phases.
PPP Phase: Pre-Project Phase

The Pre-Project Phase (PPP) is where you’ll start applying the knowledge you’ve
gained. This phase will help identify your core strengths and align you with a role that
best suits your skills.

Role Selection:

 You will receive a form to select the role you believe best fits your strengths and
interests:

o Design

o Development (Front-End or Back-End)

o Deployment

o Testing

o Management

Project Assignments:

 Each intern will be assigned 4 practice projects during this phase.

 The goal of these projects is to assess your individual skills in a real-world

context without any assistance from trainers or management.

 Based on your performance, interns will be divided into 5 groups aligned with the
core domains (design, development, deployment, testing, and management).

 These groups will later work on actual, larger-scale projects in the next phase of
the internship.

Schedule for PPP:

 Days: Wednesday and Thursday

 Time: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Modes of working:

 O line: Interns opting for o line mode must physically attend sessions at the
TIE ITCS o ice.

 Online: Those working remotely will need to stay logged into the assigned
Google Meet throughout the session.
 Hybrid: You can choose either online or o line mode for each session,
depending on your convenience.

Project Submission Guidelines:

 All work must be submitted through a shared GitHub space set up for each
intern using their registered email ID.

 Regular commits, progress reports, and updates must be maintained on the

platform for evaluation.

Purpose of the PPP Phase:

 Helps assess your ability to work independently without external help.

 Allows the company to analyze your practical application of technical skills

across di erent domains.

 Helps create a candidate profile for each intern, allowing the company to divide
interns into specialized teams based on their performance and strengths.

 Prepares you for larger, more collaborative real-world projects by assigning you
to roles that best suit your abilities.

Final Notes:

 Stay consistent with your submissions and updates.

 Communication and collaboration within your groups will be evaluated

alongside your technical skills.

 The final project assignments will be based on your performance during this
phase and the role you initially selected.

We look forward to seeing you grow into professionals ready to take on full stack
development challenges!

Best Regards,
HR Team
