format instead of written posts. It typically features a person or group sharing their thoughts, experiences,

 The term “vlog” is a combination of “video” and “blog.”


 Vlogging emerged in the early 2000s as video technology and internet access became more
widespread.
 One of the first recognized video bloggers was Adam Kontras, who posted a video on his blog in 2000.
 The popularity of vlogs skyrocketed with the launch of YouTube in 2005, giving everyday creators a
global platform.

How to Make a Vlog: Step-by-Step Guide
