THE HUMBLE PETITION OF THE PETITIONER ABOVE NAMED:

NAMED:MOST RESPECTFULLY SHEWETH:

1. The petitioner is a citizen of India, aged about 40 years, and a permanent


resident of Nagpur, residing at the above-mentioned address.

2. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in FIR No. 101/2024 registered
at Pratap Nagar Police Station, Nagpur under Sections 504, 506, 324, and 307 of
the IPC. The FIR is based on a complaint lodged by Mr. Sameer Joshi, a neighbor
of the petitioner.

3. The petitioner states that the complaint arises out of a personal altercation
and is exaggerated with malicious intent. The petitioner denies all allegations of
assault with a weapon and states that there was no intention to cause grievous
harm.
4. The petitioner apprehends arrest by the police in connection with the said
FIR and seeks the protection of this Hon’ble Court by way of anticipatory bail.

5. The petitioner is a law-abiding citizen, has roots in the local community,


and undertakes to cooperate fully with the investigation and to appear before the
Investigating Officer as and when required.

6. The petitioner further undertakes not to tamper with prosecution witnesses


or evidence and assures the Hon’ble Court of his availability for the legal process
at all times.

The petitioner therefore prays:

a. That in the event of the arrest of the petitioner by the Pratap Nagar Police
Station on charges arising out of FIR No. 101/2024, the Inspector of Police be
directed to release the petitioner on bail of such amount and on such terms and
conditions as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper;
b. For such other and further reliefs as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts
and circumstances of the case.
